Relief Panel 2011
Cavan CCC operate a relief panel of childcare workers that is available to Childcare Services to provide cover for holidays, sick leave or occasional, unforeseen emergencies. As panel members may be asked to cover at short notice, there may not be time for the childcare serivce to obtain the required Garda clearance. As a result, Cavan CCC undertake this procedure and apply for Garda vetting on their behalf through the NCNA. Once Garda clearance is returned their name is then placed on the panel.
This panel is continuosly being updated. This relief panel is available to any childcare service in Co. Cavan. The service must contact those on the panel direcly themselves. It is the responsibility of the childcare service to undertake their normal recruitment procedures and Cavan does not accept any responsibility in the employment of any individual on the panel.
