Cavan County Childcare Committee supports childminders in the following way, regardless if they are HSE notified, Voluntary Notified or neither.
Cavan Support & Development Staff can:
- Assist Childminders setting up their Childminding service
- Provide ongoing support for established Childminders
- Provide local training
- Organise the Childminding Club meetings (Childminding Networks)
- Provide information on the Tax exemption for Childminders
- Provide information on current legislation and business administration for Childminders
- Provide information to parents on finding a Childminder
